What Are My Delivery Options?

Please note that we use Hermes for the majority of out UK mainland deliveries. Sundry and smaller items will be sent by Royal Mail. A signature my be required and if you are not around, the delivery driver will leave a card with details.

We ask for normal delivery that will allow up to 5 working days. For express delivery, we ask that you allow up to 2 working days.

International orders are also sent via a tracked service by either Hermes, DPD or Royal Mail depending on the destination. Please email info@oliversquash.co.uk if you would like a tracking reference for an international order.

Do You Deliver Outside The UK?

Yes, we ship internationally. Additional taxes, fees or duties may be payable according to local regulations. Customers outside the European Union may have to pay import duty or formal customers entry. If customs duties are required, the delivery may be delayed, and we are sorry by we cannot assist with this process. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all custom charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Oliver Sports. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office, so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges your end. To help ensure that customs duties are not payable for delivery outside the EU, it is advisable to keep your total order value before the customs duty threshold of your destination county.
